Pros
The only and i mean only reason I wanted to work at LA Fitness was the access to the facility for free. Experience was ok, as I learned to work with alot of difficult people.
Cons
Terrible pay. Terrible people. Terrible Manager. You are often asked to work outside your job description, and they use words like "CLUB PRIDE" to justify work that they should be hiring JANITORS to be doing. CLEARUPS are ridiculous... harrassing paying customers for new credit card numbers... i will NEVER be a member of this gym.. Security at the gym is horrible. EVERYDAY and i mean EVERY SINGLE DAY there is a theft and a police officer is filing a police report. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS ANYWHERE..... Not a safe place to work, since it is a 24 hour gym there should be a security guard somewhere on the premesis.. instead they have a parking lot "security service" that drives around putting big orange stickers on cars saying their parked in the wrong parking lot... Whole company is a joke.. they do not care about the customers.. never will work here again and never will come back as a customer..
