      Solid gym. Good clientele. Able to ramp up quickly. Good if self-starter and motivated.

      Cons

      Sales staff and management unprofessional and incompetent. Unpaid non-training time. Doing all the selling but not getting commission.

      Free access to the gym?

      Cons

      Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
