      Decent pay if you renew memberships and sell pilates memberships.

      Cons

      Full responsibility of facility operations is on you. Very hectic and not much support for the amount of work you’re expected to do.

      Free access to the gym?

      Cons

      Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
