      Pros

      Nice room for classes. Lovely clientele.

      Cons

      Never met the person who hired me. Never knew who my supervisor was. Often did not have enough equipment for classes even after I reported the problem several times. I personally purchased equipment to be used. Front desk staff could be friendlier.

      Free access to the gym?

      Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
