      Cons

      They train you in predatory sales practices that feel gross and manipulative. The bonus structure is such that the amount you receive is based on the size of the gym. So even if you have the highest sales in your district, you could end up with a 1/4 of the bonus compared to other directors just because your client base is smaller.

      Free access to the gym?

      Cons

      Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
