Basically it’s a chaos, there is no organization and you are on your own. If you’re ok , then you can do a lot of your own business

Cons

Lack of clear goals, lots of miscommunication due to the fact the company was merged with other companies. Restaurants owners are mostly frustrated with just eat even though they cannot cope without it in some cases

People are very inclusive Management is helping and defining precise deadlines so that you don't need to rush at the last second Colleagues are friendly Working environment is well-organised and welcoming

Cons

For the moment I did not find any. Maybe for someone it could be difficult to deal with many colleagues based in other countries but for me this is positive and not a downside because you can share ideas and ways of working
