Pros

For the past 18 months, this firm has been navigating a period of significant instability and turbulence. The current top-level leadership appears to be prioritizing superficial organizational changes over addressing the core systemic issues required for stability.

Cons

The operational environment within Engineering is currently characterized by high friction. The Engineering leadership and day-to-day processes are highly inconsistent and lack clear strategic direction. New priorities are introduced frequently, resulting in a constant state of flux and making it difficult for teams to maintain focus or deliver structured, long-term work. Culture and Career Risk Accepting a role here now could be a significant career misstep. The internal environment is severely impacting employee morale, driven by a culture that appears to be prioritizing executive goals and ego over team needs and effective collaboration. The high level of internal friction and negativity poses a tangible risk to your personal well-being and professional development. strongly advise waiting until there is proven evidence of stable leadership and a fundamental shift in strategy before considering employment. Proceed with extreme caution; there are better career options available right now.

Pros

The group that I joined was small but everyone was great to work with. My manager was also great to communicate with when I had questions. Great experience overall.

Cons

Really nothing much from my experience.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with the team at Herbalife. The people were highly collaborative, intellectually strong, and genuinely positive to work with. We worked on challenging projects involving advanced technology, and I felt the company had strong leadership, solid resources, and clear direction. Compared to some of my previous experiences, it stood out as a very healthy and growth-oriented environment.

Cons

One area where I think Herbalife could evolve further is around remote-first flexibility. Given how international and cross-functional the organization is, I think there’s strong value in supporting a more flexible hybrid model. Certain types of collaboration absolutely benefit from in-person interaction, and the company has an impressive headquarters and office environment. At the same time, many workflows are already highly digital and meeting-driven, so enabling more remote flexibility could improve efficiency, accessibility, and work-life balance without sacrificing collaboration.
