Pros
Benefits are good. Pay is decent for that line of work.
Cons
Say goodbye to work/life balance. As a full timer, having two days off in a row is a miracle and do not expect to have consistent schedules. Hence, do not think you can have outside activities like sports team or choir practice as you never know if you are going to work. Also, taking time off is complicated and must be requested so far in advance. In short, planning a life around this job is a feat of art. The job itself is boring and hard. A lot of contacts, very few down times and it is expected that you take the minimum amount of break humanely (and legally) possible. When H&M makes huge mistakes, they do not own them and let the first line agents pick up the pieces with very little information. Management cares little to not at all about the day to day issues and care much more about looking woke than about taking actual care of the employees.
