AS ALL italians KNOWS , every Big Company in Italy looks to the profits without let the employers grows. Contracts are ridiculous but the taxes are big too so the salary is very low.
Cons
Nothing at all...if u want to grow up in a compony u must choose an other company ;( in another country...
