      There isn't any carrer path and all is up to you and your relationship with management.

      Pros

      No salary results increase and no carrer definition. Lack of motivation of management and consequently of project staff. Lack of team work environment where management decides and people work without knowing scopes and goals of the projects they work with. If like woking in a post office this is the right place, just do what they ask, shut up and go home in time.

      Cons

      the challange is to survive to this boring environment.

      Education, but only for employees whose business unit approve the courses Top-level projects, but only in few business units Work-Life balance, no punching Health fund

      Cons

      Ridiculously low salary, about 30% less than competitors No personal growth, you can wait 5-10 years to get a promotion or even a salary increase Bonus, if you're lucky you'll get 500€ gross
