No hikes. Bad managers and seniors. They make you work day and night and weekends too, at last in huddles or higher level meetings they don't even give credit to who made the product actually. Too much politics , people at higher level remains at higher level, even grow to upper higher level. Because they silently fire or layoff people at lower level who seems competition to them. I can say it's very easy for them to fire Female Managers. 🔥 Yes I have seen many female managers and female team members to get silently fired in a day. Giving the 6 months compensation will not cover the amount of trauma depression anxiety they give to the person who is fired without any reason. Forget about the next job whether he or she will get or not. In short I have not enjoyed being in Dell for many years. Not at all comfortable. I was waiting for the market to get up in at least 2024.
