      Pros

      - Quiet environment - 09.0 am - 06.00pm - good work/life balance = good if you have to go in retirement or if you have children + mortgage to pay

      Cons

      - low salary (in comparison with all competitors) - too much micromanagement, ->is only useful to control you and control you. - Huge corporation that in Italy is ridiculously as a family conduction - NO GROWTH POSSIBILITY, is all about internal politics - repetitive tasks all day long - we were not allow to go to any Dell events - simple impossible to make a stupid impact
