Pros
The people, the cars, the customers and just the experince. You clearly are not working for a toaster dealership. People come in with prized possessions and expect them to be treated the exact same way.
Cons
Sometimes there is a lack or oppertunites because everyone stays at one dealership for so long. Customers are sometimes very arogant.
