One of the most important company to have a good carrier.

Cons

There is no open position when you are in Intership, the company use the intership people to save money, the Munich headquarter doesn't want to open these position and is probable that if you will receive an offer it would be from an Interinal company. My advise is to accept this intership offer but if after 6 months you understand that there is no opportunity for you don't lost more time.
