Company is large so theres a lot of opportunities to move around and learn new skills.
Cons
Company is so big that all finding resources within the company is impossible and sometimes I have recommended competitors software or products because I had no ideas we offered that internally. If you are not a level 5 or below you are no one they act like you matter but you are just a money generator to them.
