Fresh out of college great company to start with. Good diversity, decent pay, flexible opportunities, awesome company benefits (401k matching up to 6%), good PTO
Cons
Shark tank consultant culture. You have to hustle and grind to get noticed and make it to the top. Very competitive culture. The project that you’re on matters. I’ve had good managers and very very bad ones too. As you move up you’re gonna work a few more late nights than expected. Sometimes work life balance is not the best
