Look elsewhere - Anonymous employee Accenture Federal Services Employee Review

My manager was promoted and while she knows the job she doesn’t manage. We are a 3 person team and from where I am sitting, she allows my co-worker to co-manage. My co-worker wants to change processes that directly impact my job and she is allowed to do so, without any input from me. I have said repeatedly that I need more work but it’s not given to me. I’m supposed to be working towards a promotion but I am not being trained properly, or at all, for that matter.
