Pros

Initially, great benefits until another company bought it out.

Cons

If you are not Italian, you WILL NOT be promoted beyond a certain point, you will NEVER be considered for a position above floor management if you aren't

Pros

Really cool place to work in terms of the concept.

Cons

Management does not seem to care about the employees, only care about themselves and how to move up the ladder. The store director also drinks while on the job and makes staff feel stupid. If you're not Italian, they won't care about you.
