Pros

Cultural learning, free staff meal. If you're willing to work and apply yourself you will move upward.

Cons

Nepotism, specifically in management roles to Italians or people that speak Italian. Expectations for management to consistently work on days off. Unexperienced personnel consistently working "department head" positions.

Pros

Great products in store. Daily staff meals.

Cons

Micromangement. Inconsistent information. Unjustified favoritism from management. Hair-brained methods of organization which compromises quality. Flaky HR. Little positive feedback. Management lies about department transfers.
