Pros

The people you get to meet and work with.

Cons

Their are no pros at this company unless you are Italian or from Italy. I hope that our LA People read this and understand they are the most prejudice company I have ever been employed with. DO NOT PUT in the extra hours at open, Actually start a Union before they try and convince you that is not the right thing to do. They only reward their own. It is a disgusting company as far as I am concerned which is terrible since it was such a good idea.. I was an Eataly advocate, but they are terrible under their current leadership and have no idea how to reward people who work for them!
