Pros

Great opportunity to learn about Italian food. Most of the customers are tourists and are impressed by the facility. High-quality food and wine.

Cons

Eataly is very poorly managed. I've never seen such a disorganized restaurant in my life, which is odd given the number of people who work there. It seems they have a really high turn-over rate and struggle to retain employees.

Pros

Decent Benefits, hours were flexible, I worked with really nice people and learning all things Italian. Loved the brands.

Cons

WARNING****They DO NOT do background checks, and for me, that made me really uncomfortable and worried for my safety. You don't know who you're really hiring. Once I found that out, my whole attitude changed. It made me quit. Job was not what was asked, it was disguised as something completely different.
