Pros

- reasonable assistant and general manager - friendly coworkers, people try to help each other out

Cons

- Scroogelike, unempathetic corporate leadership forces underpaid employees to work on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day - greedy corporate leadership gives themselves holidays off to celebrate with their loved ones while hundreds of hardworking Quick Service Associates struggle to afford rent, food, and gas with below-living-wage hourly rates
