Pros

*location *location *discounted gym membership *can grocery shop before leaving work

Cons

* have never worked in a place where staff are miserable as they are here, across all departments * management promised the world to everyone to get them to sign employment contracts and has not made good on anything *below industry wages *hours always getting cut, staff expected to work harder with less *revolving door - terrible turn over *inexperienced managers *unpaid breaks and only one 30 mins break when scheduled 10-12 hours *no room for growth, all Eataly needs is large numbers of semi competent grunt workers , don't believe anything else when interviewing with them. They will say anything to get you to accept the job
