Pros

Employee discount Location (Central Toronto) Free lunch/dinner (if you are NOT vegetarian which I am so for me this isn't exactly a pro) Benefits are great if you opt in.

Cons

Management (they are either bullies or super passive), the managers don't follow basic things. they schedule you for shifts that you told them you can't work and then expect you to work them no matter what reason it is. HR: The HR people are bad and are there to not help you but protect bullies and incompetent managers. Pay: the pay is really low for the amount of work and level of service expected. People are very crappy especially through the pandemic and you are expected to do it all without any issues. Employees aren't appreciated. The free lunch/dinner sounds great but is not inclusive of vegetarians/vegans.
