Pros

Transfers are welcome and common pending work performance and availability. They offer decent tiered medical, dental and vision benefits and you can qualify for those even while working part time. If you're looking to make a lateral or upward move at Eataly, pending performance of course, the opportunities are always there. Time off was almost never denied

Cons

Internally, not a ton of cons I can think of. The managers are over scheduled and spread too thin, so they're basically non-existent on many shifts. They were always trying to recruit internally for managers but with the servers making what they made with a flexible schedule, why would we want a pay cut for more hours and responsibility? As a server, I worked many nights and weekends, but we closed at a decent hour which enabled me to live a normal life.
