Pros

Great coworkers, delicious products, fun events, generally engaging work.

Cons

This job was great at first, but then leadership changed and everything went downhill extremely fast. It became obvious that its structure depends on a few committed and competent workers holding up a network of picky, meanspirited, hypercritical leadership roles that don't actually understand the issues they're trying to tackle and take very little criticism from those who understand them better. This resulted in them losing the vast majority of my team in the space of one final month during my half-year tenure there. Really disappointing stuff.
