Pros

Easy growth for the first 4 years.

Cons

Extremely competitive colleagues. Poor projects. Poor salary. Poor intellectual growth. Learn and repeat. Routinary job. Poor meritocracy. Useless "Master in Adivisory services". The only want to make money by selling you as a more skilled employee and giving the minimum advice. No diversity programs.

Pros

good salary however it is not worthed if you get to work with the wrong partner good opportunity to get into large client environment

Cons

unhealty competition; everything is designed for the partner and every partner is a company within the company which create a lot of frustration, especially if you are a senior manager. EY do not walk the talk (values are only something on slides but do not reflect reality) The new CEO is trying to transform the organization but, in Italy, it will be very tough with the existing partnership
