      Pros

      The culture is amazing - a true "family feel". The employees genuinely care for the customer, peers, employees and the community. If you want to thrive in an environment and be supported along the way - there isn't a better place to work!

      Cons

      The company is generally risk adversed, which is good, but can cause too much red tape and sign offs to make changes.
