      Love the department. Great company to work for. Lots of rooms for growth. Gym on site, huge cafeteria

      Wages, Internships are hard to get and are few and far between.

      Pros

      Great benefits for full-timers. There's a fitness center too. The cafe is AWESOME too. Paid training as well. Easy company to get into.

      Cons

      The thing about Discover is, your team can make or break your time there. You either get a good team of people to work with that make it great OR the opposite where they make you dread going to work. Same with the boss. I was lucky to have a good one but I saw others suffer because they did not.
