Work culture is toxic in nature. Old employees play dirty politics and never share any knowledge as they afraid of losing their value. New employees are harassed by old employees. Not Recommended for senior folks.

Poor management. Managers who think the best way to do something is the way it has always been done. Don't take any feedback on board regarding processes and procedures. Upper management is so out of touch with their terrible communications. Highlighting their minor inconveniences of lockdown from their massive houses. Expecting people to work just as hard from home but without any support towards buying home office equipment or borrowing even a screen or a chair from the office. Something that every other company has done at this point. Awful KPIs which means you are micromanaged constantly. Always monitored and every minute of the day nearly has to be accounted for. Fired loads of people last year and never acknowldged it.
