      Pros

      Good reputation. Good experience of different areas. You can learn a lot of every aspect of accounting and auditing when you are in a good team. Corporate always look for hiring people have big 4 experience.

      Cons

      Extreme long work hour without being paid enough. Hourly salary is lower than most of jobs. Could be very painful if assigned to a bad team or bad client. Management doesn't appreciate hard working enough. No enough incentives.
