Pros

Great company with a very good and innovative Enterprise offer, customers are very attracted to the new version of the company. Remote emply allow us to work from office or from home managing our time.

Cons

Remote employ is used as a 24h open office from coullegues and customers, very low balance between life and work time. Still not optimazed internal process to work on the same page with Dell's buyed company. Target seems to be not achivable fot all the segments.

Pros

Go-go culture of technology, accountability, and customer focus. Good blend of large company stability and entrepreneurial spirit. Regular "top places to work" for Global companies. Decent compensation and opportunity.

Cons

It's a big company that sells consumer and enterprise infrastructure, so not as hip as a start up. Lots of different products, solutions, and business units within the company can make it tough to navigate.

You are encouraged to find what you enjoy within Dell and are given the ability and tool to pursue your passion. Dell truly wants the best and brightest doing work that they enjoy and I have felt nothing but support in my career there.

None that are specific to Dell alone
