      Great global vision for a private worldwide size company Fully new fashion after the merge with EMC A new perspective for a new player in an old market

      the size in terms of employees will be adjusted and rightsized to the new needs and real market acceptance of the new global brand

      Pros

      One of the best American multinational computer technology company to work for nowadays. Regional team is made by very good people and business is ok. Compensation & benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Career growth may be slow and if you are not a "self-starter" you will be likely stuck in the same role for a long time. Be prepared for a "sink or swim" approach if you are a new hire. Work-life balance could be a challenge. Regional offices in Milan are overcrowded and uncomfortable.
