      Pros

      Dell really cares about employee's mental, physical, and financial health. It is an amazing place to work. They train their employees well, and everyone is willing to help answer your questions so you can succeed. I really enjoy their graduate development program too where I can connect with other recent college grads all over the world! You also have a lot of opportunity to grow and develop at this company. I also enjoy the flexibility of working fully remote. Work-life balance is amazing. I love this company, my role, and my team!

      None really, just know its a huge company and you will have a lot to learn. I love to learn though!

      Pros

      If you like to sell infrastructure it is the right place to work. Many solutions, many competencies in a multicultural environment. It is basically a good place to growth and realize your own path. One of the many things that i like to underline is how the company believe and support the integrity.

      Cons

      All the typical "disadvantages" that big Company have. Process to do everything, reorganization. So it will require sometimes a lot of flexibility.
