      By order of priority (1) Salary is way below market rate ; low base salary adds up to recent change in comp plan preventing most employees to access to equity compensation (2) Huge disconnect between revenue targets, risk acceptance and headcount allocation ; company feels 'cheap' from the inside with everything managed in survival mode: company is short-staffed across all roles (3) Late follower work culture ; high turnover and poor morale in some teams do not create a great work environment
