Senior management don't reward hard workers Internal mobility poor - takes months and no pay rise even though they offer external over 10% more If you get promoted you have to work on same salary for months, even thought you are technically meant to get paid more. So you could do up to 6 months in a more technically advance role but still paid same as basic

nothing really a pro anymore...

1. no car allowance, no company car, but expect us to be in the field most of the time 2. keep changing BDM KPI, making it harder and harder for us to get commission 3. complete mess internally, always need to fight for a sale with SDR team, they set the rules, but SDR team never follow and they never get punish 4. the rules are only set for BDM 5. BDMs are always in the redundancy pool ~ 6. Overtime heavily, but they deducting your commission for it 7. Management and CEO goals aren't sync, CEO would ask to sign some restaurants that he think it would benefit to the company while management think those aren't high priority restaurants and ask me not to focus on them 8. NO PROGRESSION! Cancelled senior bdm role and applying internally is a joke!
