Care department structure is too Layered, and its hierarchy undervalues entry-level employees despite their critical role in operations Leadership demonstrates limited empathy and seems to lack clear strategic vision (very frequent U turns) Constant organisational restructuring every 4-6 months creates instability and uncertainty (it is common to see the same people promoted several times within a year while other employees stagnate) Increasing employee turnover due to unclear direction and frequent changes Some people could find the work environment unsustainable. It can negatively impact mental well-being over time

Where do we start: - Lack of diversity in management - Leadership mainly comes from consultancy backgrounds - Death by documents. Very heavy on PRDs, TDDs and in general “2-pagers” - Because of the focus on documentation, the company is incredibly slow - The company has no culture or whatsoever - High attrition - Complete lack of product innovation - No sense of strategic direction, company is outperformed by Uber Eats and Just Eat in every aspect
