Pros

Colleagues around you are nice to work with. People are helpful when you are new to the company, they are willing to teach you everything. You are the driver to your success.

Cons

After the new country leader came in, it is a mess. I felt more like a robot, being squeezed out of every ounce. Consistently not hitting our targets, and direction is ever changing. Everybody is tired, and not motivated anymore. You lost too many good workers, and will continue to lose more if nothing is done.
