      Pros

      -They process payroll on time -None of their buildings have collapsed that I am aware of -Used to be a great company

      Cons

      -Pay you a grade below what they should -CEO is a miserable slave to making the quarter for the analysts on Wall Street with absolute hostility toward customers and staff -Steals your dignity - ZERO job security. Google "dxc thelayoff" to see for yourself. -Seems to actively be trying to get loyal customers to kick them out to save $$ -Strategy seems to be "We will SHRINK our way to GREATNESS!"

      Pros

      They are moving fast and trying to assimilate everything , in technology and services that probably is a very good thing they took two very successful entities with strong backgrounds and traditions and are using that to create a new business unit.

      Cons

      They are are moving fast and trying to assimilate everything, you employees not your technology should be the main focus they have seen it all before and in some cases are the ones who created it in the first place.

      Just about everyone at level 5 and below in the management chain is great to work with.

      Cons

      No raises.. ever. Hard work and institutional knowledge is rewarded with layoffs. Current chaos due to HPES merger, was not well thought out operationally.
