Pros

I wish there were some

Cons

There are absolutely no raises or bonuses for years on end, regardless of how well you perform. There is no HR department in the USA. Therefore if you have an issue with benefits or payroll you have to submit a ticket electronically and wait WEEKS for a response. I've literally never had a resolution by doing so either. I have had to do my own leg work to resolve all of my own issues. Although they offer a 401k match its not comparable to others in the same industry. On top of that they only drop their match into your 401k once per year in January. As if that's not bad enough (you're not making money off of their contribution match, THEY are) IF you leave or get let go prior to January they don't match you at all. You must be there on 12/31 to get a dime. These are just a few of many, many many issues. This company was created when CSC & HPE merged and they're on the road to becoming debunked. I'd be surprised if it lasts a decade. Whatever you do don't do it at DXC!!!

DXC Eclipse is struggling

Pros

Tribridge used to be a great company but since the acquisition, it has been a rough ride. The pros are: *ability to work remotely *the "TRIBRIDGE" team that remains *work-life balance *Unlimited PTO *Mike Gillis is trying to fix things which is great to see--but I am just not sure DXC will let him.

Cons

*We used to be a person to Tribridge. Now, with DXC, we are just a number (or a short name). *It takes too long to do anything. It takes 3-4 times longer (at least) to do anything with the new DXC process. *The leadership that cared about team members are all leaving * Everyone is jumping ship *We used to have fun (parties, team events, etc.) but now we are no longer allowed to do those type of things *Benefits are more expensive *Morale is very low right now *No one takes ownership of issues and it takes multiple emails to difft people to resolve issues *our customers are pissed *our vendors are pissed *our team members are pissed

Pros

It's a big company, so there's a lot of room to change roles, but why would you want to do that here?

Cons

Our benefits took a plunge when we were bought out by DXC technology. Medical premiums are through the roof. There are no bonuses and no raises. They don't do anything good for the employees. Once in a while the old company, Tribridge, would buy us lunch or do something nice for it's employees by having an outing. Everything is gone with DXC and the culture reflects that the company doesn't care about its employees. There isn't even any paid maternity leave. This is a basic thing in tech, financial services, etc. I look at this as more of a reflection on the company's values and speaks to the culture of just not even pretending to care about employees. Obviously, large companies don't care, but at least they usually do things to pretend to show like they care.
