      You will get a Fair Benefit Package nothing else; maybe a good starting point if you do not have better opportunities.

      Cons

      In strict priority order, Massive Politics, Unfairness, Organizational Mess, No-Meritocracy advancements,.. if you're nice with leadership colleagues at the Coffee machine maybe you will be given a chance to raise some money... otherwise just keep your head down to your laptop and wait for mail to flow in... need to add further?
