Expectation to work global hours (as a UK employee, joining calls in both early Indian time zone and late US time zone). Constant cutting of resources. Loss of accounts. Squeeze on expenses (like you choose to travel for work and it's a jet set lifestyle). No rewards. No respect (made to feel like you are lucky to have a job) Zero recognition. Always having to look over your shoulder. No morale (cheers go up when cuts are announced so people on good redundancy packages can cash out). No bonus for workers but management seem to always get theirs.

This is NOT the old Tribridge. It was acquired by DXC Technologies and is now a terrible environment. I would encourage you to read the negative reviews and the 2.5 rating of DXC. They DO NOT care about employees at all. They care about cutting, outsourcing and H1-B visa use for as many jobs as possible. They cut cost on the backs of the employees. The do not empower even their most senior managers and principals. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible place. Most old Tribridge employees, including the CEO Tony DeBenedetto, are fleeing. Stay away!
