I have joined just over a year ago however I understand all the good benefits for finance are now gone. Benefit inconsistency: no car anymore unless you are at director level, no stock option, no home internet paid. The older employees still get instead all of the above. This is not fair - I more reasonable redistribution of the benefits would certainly be appreciated by new hires. Very sales driven, finance is a mere supporting function with limited power and visibility, limited to non existent trainings, no clear career path, promotions are rare and far in between, no yearly salary increase, international mobility is very limited.
