      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits including health insurance, car, RSU. Personal growth is possible trough great access to online training as well as in-person.

      Cons

      Cisco used to be a great company to work for, exciting projects, good Customers, high pumped atmosphere, but now's gone. Seven+ year or reorganisation has completely paralysed the company, many talents left and delocalisation in low-cost labour area is terribly impacting quality delivered to Customers. Top management is constantly engaged in war to maintain position and no true career development exists. Just consider another company...

      Pros

      - Very strong company culture that values employee and customer and foster respectful human relationship - Top of the market perks (Full Company Car, Insurance, etc…etc..) - Variable Compensation Scheme linear with results (no minimum gates to commissions) - Top people in the industry - Truly international and multinational - Work methodology can be reused to work virtually any industry, any company - The brand walks into your customers before you do. - No micromanagement ever.

      Cons

      - Bad results trigger lay-off mode very quickly - High Pressure at this stage of company lifecycle. - Networking market is doomed to stay flat in revenue or decline in the future - No career opportunities. Not one. No. Don't believe it. (indeed the issue is how to get rid of mid managers, no way they'll make more! )

      Company like family, Italian culture, there are too many senior people with traditionalist and not very cutting-edge approaches. Difficulty in making a career.
