Compensation is below industry standards, especially for experienced professionals. • Promotion and salary hikes can be slow, even with strong performance. • Internal processes can be bureaucratic, leading to delays in decision-making. • HR support is not always responsive, especially when it comes to offer letters and extensions. • Limited flexibility in project choices and role transitions.

Cons

Salary offered was less, I wasn't given a WFH option when I needed it the most due to which I had to quit.
