      Get to learn the latest technologies. Good for c/c++. High customer focus

      Cons

      No work life balance ,there is too much work pressure. No weekends Bad paymaster ,poor growth Some managers are very annoying.

      Pros

      Technically fantastic company working on genuinely difficult systems. Interesting technology and approach. World class software quality.

      Cons

      Having to work away from home, often for very long periods of time. If you are prepared for it then that's fine, but sometimes it gets sprung on people.

      0% hike for two consecutive years

      Its just like other MNC, nothing special, you get all the MNC perks like 15 days paternity, proper leave policies etc

      Cons

      0% hike for consecutive two years even after getting top 2 rating in both appraisal cycles, because of below reasons : First year - 2022 : no appraisal for people who joined after Jan 2022 and i joined in May 2022. Second year - 2023 : no hike, since i have not completed mandatory trainings. 0% hike for hardworking entire year with zero escalations, meeting all the targets of client and solving multiple escalations of other projects *slow claps* they just make some random lame policies to not give hike.
