Pros

Everybody is okay and nice clean office

Cons

All stressed out and no proper managers / head directors. They just get promoted because they've stuck through for long enough or have lots of 'experience'. They can't manage people properly

Pros

If you’re in fashion, it’s the only option in the uk

Cons

What a shame. Lots of talk about values. Zero action. Engagement is awful. Feedback questionnaires are rigged to ensure only positive feedback is heard. Policy is completely incoherent; an example is work from home policy. Office is being refurbed, not enough desks. Pay rises are below half the rate of inflation. Management action? Mandate people come in for a minimum of 3 days a week, with under a month’s notice. Just one example of many in over four years of working there. Final straw.
