Pros

Good benefits Some really great people in the company

Cons

Communication is horrible and transparency is basically non existent, even when it impacts you or you work Very cold and corporate Leavers often not replaced and redundancies made every couple of years Despite advertised learning and development, there is no chance at growth if your manager decides not to follow up

Pros

Good place to be if you are planning to sit down for the next 10-15 years with little happening to you

Cons

Hard work is valued but not rewarded. Promoted are only those who belong to a certain category of people. If you are not in it - you are not moving up for a looooong time. Also you have to be very polished to be considered.
