Pros
The company has great pay and good benefits. Sometimes you also may make a bonus if you are a department manager and your department makes its monthly goal. The company is very big on promoting within. You get paid vacation days and sick days.
Cons
All the locations are always typically under staffed which leads to working long hours. The job is physically and mentally draining. There is no work/ life balance here, Burberry is your life. We also have secret shoppers who demand a lot of information which is difficult to give to many typical shoppers. If you don't get over an 85, you fail and get written up. You also must contact clients and clientele constantly. The job is very stressful.
