Weakness in product development for the US market. Poor wardrobe allowance that is not competitve with the rest of the luxury market. Severly understaffed in most areas for the volume that is expected out of the US market. This inhibits people from performing to their capabilites. Poor communication from the corporate office in UK which makes it difficult to conduct business as expected here in US
